Challenge
NPWA is the leading organisation driving gender equality and positive change across the North of England. With 1000 guests, the awards are the largest celebration of gender equality in Europe. The NPWA team engaged Saving Grace Events to support them in delivering as they event is becoming increasingly large for their internal operation, the challenge was to retain the quality and atmosphere of the event whilst bringing fresh ideas and defined processes.

We delivered the awards dinner complete with drinks reception, sponsors & VIP lounge, dinner and 11 awards across the evening.

The Result
The event was an incredible success with both the client and guests. We are delighted that the additional elements we suggested were well received, so much so that the client is going to continue to use the purple carpet interview and after party idea.
