Challenge

Having previously worked with NKM, the brief for this event was to create another successful fundraising evening, this time with the Alice in Wonderland theme of ‘Through the Looking Glass’.

The main event objectives were to raise awareness and funds for brain hemorrhages, as well as to host a memorable charity event for returning guests.

People in formal clothing walk into a building, passing two performers: one on stilts in a red dress and another in a white rabbit costume, whilst a woman in blue looks back and smiles.

What We Did

The event took place in Victoria Warehouse’s newest event space, The Tobacco Stores. This venue is a blank canvas with a lot of personality, allowing us to transform the space into this theatrical and immersive fundraiser.

How We Did It

  • A memorable venue
  • Alice in wonderland themed entertainment
  • Live drinks wall
  • Gold mirror ball bunnies
  • Cheshire cat contortionist
  • String Quartet
  • Sit down meal
  • Multiple fundraising opportunities
  • High end AV/Production
  • Hidden draped areas containing giant chess and tarot reader

The result

“I just want to say a huge thank you to the incredible Saving Grace Events who have been amazing in organising this quite incredible event for the Natalie Kate Moss Trust. I first went to them over a year ago with the idea doing something different, something quirky, something out of the ordinary and they really delivered. Not only that they’ve been incredibly helpful every single step of the way in organising this event and I am so grateful for their support and the feedback tonight had been amazing. So if you’re thinking about working with Saving Grace Events, I couldn’t recommend them more.”
