The Challenge

The Natalie Kate Moss Trust were celebrating their 10 year anniversary and wanted a party to remember that would also raise funds for the charity. Fiona Moss the charity director wanted to create something different, having spent a lot of time in London and travelling the world, Fiona wanted an event that presented the unexpected and was full of the weird and wonderful, from the venue to the content. Not your average formulaic charity gala dinner.

What we did

We have suggested two options for food, firstly hog roast as requested within initial correspondence, but we have also suggested a luxury Brazilian BBQ. Both options would include vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.

How we did it

  • Concept design – The Mancunian way
  • Visual venue theming
  • Venue selection
  • Themed menu
  • Event Hosts
  • Drag-Queen hostesses
  • Human canapes trays
  • Press and photo back-drop boards
  • Live performance by Tony Walsh
  • Roaming and stage entertainment
  • Live & Silent Auction tech and facilitation
  • Hacienda v Warehouse project DJ set

The Result

“Working with Saving Grace Events was such a delight from concept to delivery. Not only did they really listen to what we wanted from our event, they understood our vision, to create a charity evening like no other, they certainly delivered!”
Fiona Moss, Director
