Challenge

Livv Housing reached out to us to create a festival themes conference space within their venue of choice, whilst also creating several fun and interactive break out areas. Their theme for this years conference was ‘customer’ – the client wanted it to be interactive, engaging and full of fun activities which would help employees to understand concepts and ideas without realising they were learning.

A large crowd sits facing brightly lit screens and a stage under colourful lights and ceiling decorations, inside a spacious industrial hall hosting an event or conference.
A woman plays a steady hand game while three people watch in a lively indoor event space decorated with lights and a colourful sign in the background.

What We Did

We took their chosen venue which was a blank canvas warehouse and transformed it into a fun and vibrant festival themed conference space, whilst incorporating their branding and branding colours. We then created several break out areas that aligned with the festival theme and that allowed employees to be interactive whilst learning.

A person in a gold sequin jacket holds a microphone on stage, with a quiz question projected on a large screen behind them during a live event.
A smiling food stall server in a black shirt hands a brown takeaway box to a customer. A large, decorative branch of pink wisteria hangs above the counter, which features condiment bottles and a basket of serviettes.

The result

“Saving Grace was truly a saving grace. From the moment we had our first meeting to the final product, they got the vision, they got the vibe, they got the energy of it, they added their own little dash of glitter on top. It been phenomenal. They’ve been my support any time of day or night, I’ve always been able to rely on them and I won’t hesitate to work with them again.”
