The Challenge

We have now worked with the restaurant chain Five Guys for 3 years. In 2022 the challenge was to find a spectacular overseas location, large enough to accommodate their ever growing team of now 450 managers. The event schedule was to include a strategy conference but needed to feel enjoyable and relaxed, the main purpose of the event is to inform, reward, engage and connect employees, maximising staff retention and boosting buy-in and productivity.

A speaker stands on stage in front of an audience, with two large screens showing a collage of images and a FIVE GUYS backdrop featuring palm trees and a burger shopfront.
A person stands in a banquet hall, facing a decorated stage and taking a photo with a mobile. The tables are set for an event, and the person wears a headset and a shirt that says, Imagine the incredible..

What we did

We found the perfect location at the Sun Gardens Resort in Dubrovnik, a large and spectacular beachfront resort, with a plethora of event spaces.
We designed a fun-packed agenda with a creative design that embraced the Five guys brand and filled with magic touches.
