Twice a year, Clifton Trade Bathrooms hosts a large-scale sales conference – not just to review performance, but to celebrate success, recognise high-performing team members, and foster a sense of unity and pride across their growing business.

They approached Saving Grace Events to bring their Autumn Sales Conference to life, with a clear brief:

  • Create an immersive themed evening
  • Keep logistics seamless for a large group
  • Deliver an experience that celebrates achievement while keeping the energy high and inclusive

The event needed to feel special, recognisable, and entirely Clifton, and most of all it had to be memorable for all the right reasons.

What We Did

For Clifton’s Autumn Sales Conference, we brought the theme ‘Marvelous Clifton’ to life, a playful Marvel-inspired concept that set the stage for bold visuals, immersive entertainment, and big team energy. We managed every element of the event journey, from creative development and venue sourcing to full production and styling. The brief was clear: find a hotel that could host all 250 guests under one roof, deliver seamless food and drink service (with structured drinks wristbands), and create a high-energy, high-reward experience that felt fun, celebratory, and unmistakably Clifton.
