The Challenge
Bella was turning 18 and wanted a party at the family’s home and heritage estate Barlaston Hall. Unlike a typical 18th Bella was keen for this to be a family affair with an equal appeal to her older relatives and family friends as to her own friendship group.

What we did
We created an event design that incorporated the beautiful gardens and outdoor space during the afternoon, where we opted for a big-hat tipi, floral décor, canapes and vintage ice cream and a string quartet and surprise gospel choir, leading into the main hall in the evening for drinks, bowl foods , DJ and a transformation of the huge stately dining room into a ‘Grand Ballroom’ for the after-party.

The Result
From our initial meeting it was very apparent that I was in excellent hands. Rebecca completely understood my vision of how I wanted the day to look and feel, she brought other possible ideas to the table of things that I had never even thought of but were perfect. On the day of the event, everything went so smoothly, she was always there when I needed her and she had thought about every little detail so that my family and I could enjoy the event rather than worry about everything going to plan” Bella Gilchrist-Dick
