- Objective: 50th Anniversary Conference & Celebration

The Brief
Bruntwood wanted to celebrate an incredible milestone, 50 years of business, with an event that honoured its heritage whilst bringing colleagues together to look towards the future.
Hosted at the Albert Hall, a venue with genuine significance to the business, the event needed to blend conference, celebration and connection into one seamless experience that would keep 500 colleagues engaged from afternoon through to midnight.

Our Approach
Working closely with the Bruntwood team, we developed “Through the Years”; a creative concept that celebrated five decades of innovation, people and culture. Every element, from conference content and branding to entertainment and production, was carefully designed to take guests on a journey through Bruntwood’s past whilst building excitement for its future.
Alongside full technical production, we managed every aspect of the conference experience, supporting more than 15 speakers across keynote presentations, fireside conversations and panel discussions, before seamlessly transitioning into an immersive evening celebration.

Highlights
- Bespoke “Through the Years” concept celebrating every decade of Bruntwood’s journey
- Full conference production, technical delivery and speaker management

The Impact
The result was an experience that informed, celebrated and connected colleagues in equal measure.
Despite one of the hottest days of the year, our team adapted in real time, making thoughtful changes to guest flow, refreshments and the running order to keep the experience comfortable and enjoyable throughout.
From the first keynote to the final song, colleagues remained engaged, the dancefloor stayed full and Bruntwood’s 50-year story was brought to life in a way that felt authentic, memorable and unmistakably Bruntwood.
