Saving Grace Events is growing, and as our client portfolio and events programme continue to develop, we’re expanding our network of brilliant freelance event professionals.

We’re an independent, full-service events agency based in Knutsford, Cheshire, creating and delivering memorable experiences for a client base we’re incredibly proud of, across the UK and internationally.

We work with trusted freelance partners as an extension of our team, bringing in additional expertise, experience and capacity to support projects at different stages and scales.

The kind of people we’re looking for

We’re particularly keen to connect with experienced event professionals who are confident working within a full-service event environment and can quickly become a trusted part of a project team.

Depending on your experience and the assignment, that could mean taking ownership of an event from brief to delivery, leading a specific project workstream, supporting a busy account, stepping in during peak delivery periods or providing senior leadership across complex events and programmes.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Experienced in event delivery – with a strong understanding of the full event lifecycle, from research and initial brief through to live delivery and post-event review 
  • Client confident – able to build trusted relationships and represent Saving Grace professionally 
  • Brilliant organisers – comfortable managing project plans, timelines, budgets, suppliers, logistics and multiple priorities 
  • Commercially aware – confident working with budgets, costs and project parameters 
  • Natural problem solvers – calm under pressure, comfortable using initiative and able to adapt quickly when things change 
  • Curious and resourceful – happy researching venues, destinations, suppliers, experiences and creative solutions 
  • Strong communicators – able to work effectively with clients, suppliers, partners and project teams 
  • Collaborative – happy becoming part of the Saving Grace team for however long a project needs you 
  • Flexible – comfortable working across different projects, locations and event environments 

Full-service event agency experience is particularly valuable, and many of our projects involve delivery across the UK and internationally, so the ability to travel is important.
