Bringing the 20’s to 2024 for Clifton Trade Bathrooms’ conference

At Saving Grace Events, we’re always looking for new and exciting ways to make conferences stand out. 

The Clifton Trade Bathrooms team love having fun, and we’re always looking to create something bigger and better each time we deliver an event for them. When they came to us looking for a 2024 conference with a difference, we knew we had to create something unforgettable. Inspired by the glamour and excitement of the 1920s, we transformed their annual conference into a truly unique experience, transporting guests back to the era of flappers, jazz, and speakeasies.

Featuring a drinks reception, dinner party, and an after-party, we ensured the Clifton Trade Bathrooms team had a blast at this event.

The brief

From the moment guests arrived, they were immersed in the vibrant spirit of the roaring twenties. Upon check-in, the team were greeted by staff in 1920s dress, setting the tone for a day of glamour and fun.

 

What we did

The day kicked off with the main conference, which highlighted achievements and aligned goals for the year ahead. In the evening, the conference room was completely transformed into a dazzling venue for dinner and entertainment. The evening festivities featured 1920’s themed performances by professional dancers,360-degree photo booths, and a DJ. Guests were also encouraged to show off their own moves, with dance-offs.

All guests were encouraged to dress in line with the 20’s theme, with the event venue also dressed to impress! 

 

How we did it

Creating a flawless 1920s-themed conference requires more than just a nod to the decade. We brought the vision to life with an exclusive hotel venue, high quality AV production, a seamless check-in service, conference setup, room turnaround and themed entertainment. We also ensured that the decor brought the theme to life, with table centrepieces inspired by the glamour of the 1920s.

 

The outcome

The 1920s-themed conference for Clifton Trade Bathrooms was a roaring success, providing guests with a memorable experience. Our goal was to not only meet Clifton Trade Bathrooms’ expectations but exceed them, and from the feedback received, it’s clear we did just that. The combination of a beautifully executed theme, seamless event management, and unforgettable entertainment made this a night to remember.
