The Challenge
We have now worked with the restaurant chain Five Guys for 3 years. In 2022 the challenge was to find a spectacular overseas location, large enough to accommodate their ever growing team of now 450 managers. The event schedule was to include a strategy conference but needed to feel enjoyable and relaxed, the main purpose of the event is to inform, reward, engage and connect employees, maximising staff retention and boosting buy-in and productivity.
What we did
We found the perfect location at the Sun Gardens Resort in Dubrovnik, a large and spectacular beachfront resort, with a plethora of event spaces.
We designed a fun-packed agenda with a creative design that embraced the Five guys brand and filled with magic touches.
